Zum Trinken nehme ich Leitungswasser statt Wasser aus Flaschen
Einer der häufigsten Tipps, um gesund zu bleiben: ausreichend trinken. Das beste Getränk dafür ist natürlich Wasser.
Und das aus gutem Grund! Wasser ist für die einwandfreie Funktion des Körpers unerlässlich. Ein Erwachsener sollte etwa ein bis eineinhalb Liter täglich zusätzlich zu dem Wasser, das durch die Nahrung (Obst, Gemüse, Milchprodukte, …) zugeführt wird, zu sich nehmen.
Wasser trinken, okay, aber aus einer Flasche oder aus dem Wasserhahn?
Aus der Sicht der Umwelt gibt es natürlich keinen Zweifel. Leitungswasser verursacht im Vergleich zu abgefülltem Wasser keinerlei Abfälle. Bei einem Verzehr von einer Menge von einem Liter Wasser pro Tag produzieren wir 15 Kilo Kunststoffabfälle pro Jahr, ganz zu schweigen von den kleinen Flaschen, die in der Schule, auf der Arbeit oder beim Sport benutzt werden. Kunststoff, der leider oft in der Natur oder in den Ozeanen landet, wo er große Umweltprobleme verursacht und Hunderte von Jahren auf seinen Zerfall wartet.
Aus gesundheitlicher Sicht gibt es auch keinen wirklichen Grund, Mineralwasser zu trinken, da das Leitungswasser permanent kontrolliert wird und in der Regel von bester Qualität ist.
Auch aus Kostengründen kann die Wahl schnell getroffen werden, denn Flaschenwasser kostet 200 bis 500 Mal mehr als Leitungswasser.
Und wenn es um den Transport geht, gibt es immer noch die Trink- oder Feldflasche.
Warum also weiterhin Wasser aus Flaschen trinken?
